{"id":8917,"date":"2023-09-14T13:10:46","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T11:10:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cerca.cat\/?p=8917"},"modified":"2023-09-14T15:05:42","modified_gmt":"2023-09-14T13:05:42","slug":"the-second-edition-of-agora-the-cerca-manager-training-program-begins","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cerca.cat\/en\/actualitat\/noticies\/the-second-edition-of-agora-the-cerca-manager-training-program-begins\/","title":{"rendered":"The second edition of \u00c0gora, the CERCA manager training program, begins"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>The second edition of the \u00c0gora program was inaugurated today with a presentation dedicated to the Charter and Code of Conduct for research staff.<\/h3>\n<p>The session, led by Dr Michele Rosa-Clot, manager of the HRS4R portfolio at the European Commission&#8217;s General Directorate for Research and Innovation, addressed the evolution of the Charter and the Code of Conduct and its implementation mechanism, the Human Resources strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), in its current format.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Rosa-Clot also discussed the future evolution of the program focusing on the proposed recommendation recently adopted by the Council on a European framework to attract and retain talent in the field of research, innovation and entrepreneurship in europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0gora is a management development program aimed at the management of CERCA centers that offers monthly debate and exchange sessions with experts from different fields on the most relevant topics that may affect the management of the centers.<\/p>\n<p>The following sessions planned for this year will revolve around the State&#8217;s funding programs and, in particular, the Severo Ochoa Program, the supervision exercised by the Audit Office on the performance of the CERCA centers and the creation of Groups of Economic Interest (AIE).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The second edition of the \u00c0gora program was inaugurated today with a presentation dedicated to the Charter and Code of Conduct for research staff.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":8915,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[383],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8917","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-corporate"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
