ÀGORA of CERCA managers

The CERCA Institute has launched ÀGORA, the training programme for managers, after detecting training needs in the management of centres.

The programme includes a series of sessions on different topics of interest, such as updating labour law, boosting internationalisation, diversifying funding sources, implementing the Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) agenda in centres and improving citizen participation in research and innovation.


  • To promote leadership skills and management development among CERCA centre managers.
  • To share relevant updates in particular topics with research experts.
  • To provide a safe space to share common challenges and strengthen links between participants and the role of the CERCA community.
  • To support and accompany new staff through a mentoring programme.
