In compliance with Law 19/2014 on transparency, access to public information and good governance, this section contains full information on the CERCA Institute, thereby complying with the principle of transparency and the obligations regarding active publicity arising from this Law.
The CERCA Institute coordinates the 41 research centres in the CERCA system from all around Catalonia. Set up as a foundation, its main objective is to ensure the development of the Catalan research centre system in terms of positioning, visibility and impact.
There is currently no recruitment process open.

You must be over 16 years of age to exercise the right of access to public information, as stipulated in Article 18.3 of Law 19/2014, of 29 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance.
Article 26. Requirements for public information requests
1. Requests for access to public information may be made by any means that allows for a record of:
a) The identity of the applicant (please include full name, national ID card number/foreigner’s identification number/passport number and date of birth).
b) The precise information to which access is sought, without having to indicate a specific document or file.
c) The preferred form or format for access to the information.
d) A contact address (preferably electronic) for communications between the applicant and the Administration.
2. The applicant may optionally state the reasons justifying the exercise of the right of access to public information. The absence of a statement of the reasons may never be grounds for refusing the application.
