Gender policies

The CERCA Institute is firmly committed to equal opportunities and non-discrimination. Through the Gender Committee, we have introduced a number of gender-sensitive policies and organised awareness-raising activities.

These include:



• Updating and adapting gender plans to new regulations.




• Promoting the incorporation of women onto the centres’ scientific advisory boards.




• Revising calls for applications for directorship posts to ensure female candidates apply.
